About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager who is bilingual in Spanish and English , with a strong background in warehouse operations, procedures, and team management. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and has the ability to lead by example while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the warehouse facility daily; ensure security and operational readiness.
• Oversee daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff; provide performance feedback and coaching.
• Manage labor schedules to maintain adequate staffing and operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory management systems.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows and resolve issues.
• Conduct safety meetings and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Candidate must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) – required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, shipping/receiving operations, and inventory management systems.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse software systems.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work the full scheduled hours.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay : $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
