Learn more at . **Responsibilities:** + Create and reference blueprints throughout a project + Construct various frameworks for structures, including walls, ceilings and floors Use machinery, such as boom lifts, to perform duties + Cut and shape various materials + Ensure structures, framework and materials are up to code and undamaged + Follow written and oral instruction given from the supervisor. + Have the ability to work from heights of 10-40+ ft. with no issues while harnessed in. + Display strong math skills for measuring, cutting, and installing materials with little to no errors. **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of punch list carpentry experience or make ready experience + Must have all basic hand tools, power drills, impacts, power saws, sander, compressor tools, etc. + Reliable transportation Work well as a team or independently, as needed. + Be reliable and committed to finishing each project until the end with minimal absences. + Demonstrate good communication skills with employer and supervisor. + Have a positive and results driven attitude to work quickly and efficiently. + Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc) + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
