Responsibilities:
No prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, or insurance is required to start your journey toward success in this role! All you need is passion and a drive to make a difference. What You’ll Be Doing • Helping clients identify and prioritize financial goals
• Delivering personalized strategies in life insurance, retirement, investments, and more
• Building your practice through community outreach, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Growing into leadership, if qualified, by mentoring newer agents
Our extensive training program, including preparation for your state Life and Health licensing, will provide you with the tools and resources needed to succeed and build the career you envision. Qualifications:
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Individuals with a growth and a business mindset
• Outgoing with strong relationship-building skills ("People Person")
• Fearless, positive attitude, and a willingness to take responsibility for results
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management
• Eagerness for continuous learning
• Strong communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to simplify complex information
