A thriving private dental group in Spokane, Washington is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated dentist—whether you're a new graduate or an experienced provider—to join a non-corporate, doctor-led practice with full clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a clear path to ownership.

The practice serves a 100% fee-for-service and PPO patient base and is fully equipped with modern digital technology and an experienced support team.

Position Highlights:

• Earning Structure: $10,000 monthly salary guarantee.
• Production Bonus: 30% of collections up to $15,000; 35% on collections above $15,000.
• Schedule: 4-day workweek (36 hours per week), no weekends.
• Patient Base: 1,500+ active patients with strong hygiene recall.
• Technology: CBCT, iTero, Eaglesoft, Nobel Biocare.
• Practice Model: Private, single-location group with no Medicaid or DMO plans.
• Ownership Track: Clear path to equity and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care.
• Use advanced digital tools for diagnostics and treatment planning.
• Build long-term patient relationships grounded in trust and consistent care.
• Collaborate with a skilled clinical and administrative team.
• Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the practice.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree with eligibility to practice in Washington State.
• Active CPR and DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
• GPR or AEGD residency preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Open to both recent dental graduates and experienced clinicians.
